RAP-B-104R-MA2U, ram mounts, Magellan Meridian, American-Tiger

The RAM High Strength SHORT Plastic Rail Mount consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket with button system and RAM Plastic Cradle for the Magellan Meridian Series.

RAP-B-104R-MA2U BASE DESIGN:
The High Strength Plastic Rail Base has a 1.0'' diameter Rubber Ball designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail. The Rail 'U' Clamp will fit a circular rail with diameter from 1.0'' to 1.1''.

For a larger rail, you can purchase the RAM-B-231LSS Large Rail Base for circular rails with diameter from 1/2'' to 1 3/8''.

To mount to a circular rail, simple press the plastic 'U' clamp around the rail and then connect and tighten the small nut and bolt to close the 'U' clamp.

NOTE: Placing a rubber lining (not included) between the tube and the mount for a tube with a diameter less than 1'' will help the base 'grab' the rail.

RAP-B-104R-MA2U ARM DESIGN:
The High Strength Plastic SHORT Length Single Socket Arm is 1.75'' long when measured from socket center to button socket end.

RAP-B-104R-MA2U CRADLE DESIGN:
The RAM high strength plastic cradle is designed to hold the following GPS units,

PLACING YOUR GPS INTO THE CRADLE:
Place the top of the GPS into the cradle, and then push the base into the expandable 'arms' at the bottom of the cradle. The 'arms' will snap into place when the GPS is completely in the cradle.
